The Senior Professional & Vet Affairs Analyst is part of the Professional Veterinary Affairs (PVA) Team and is responsible for executing an integrated program to strengthen our engagement with the Veterinary Community. This role is responsible for designing and implementing technical, scientific, and commercial communication strategies for both the external and internal Hill's staff and distributors. It plays a fundamental role in educating and training partners (distributor team), stores, clinics, hospitals, as well as Hill's field team. The Senior Professional & Vet Affairs Analyst is also responsible for developing and implementing a regional event strategy to maximize its reach and effectiveness. Additionally, the role will require the strategic implementation of outreach to students within veterinary schools in Brazil.
Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic projects across different fronts (analogue and digital) to reach veterinarians and related professionals, as well as veterinary medicine students and related fields;Implement strategies for regional events, either independently or with partners, to maximize reach and effectiveness;Participate in Hill's external events at national/regional/specialized conferences, building relationships, providing insights to veterinarians, and influencing conference attendees to recommend and sell Hill's products;Prepare and deliver lectures about Hill's, maintenance and prescription and their technical qualities to veterinarians and students during training sessions, events, and meetings;Work closely with the field team to develop plans to address regional opportunities;Ensure the maintenance and implementation of the holistic strategy for the hills vet digital ecosystem, considering different profiles and suitable tools;Create annual plans with relevant universities aiming for their engagement and provision of technical materials and professional support (lectures, seminars, etc.);Develop and provide continuous education for Veterinary students, fostering interest in clinical nutrition;Deliver lectures during academic weeks, discussing topics or cases — conduct study groups or classes for students, residents, or post-graduate students;Organize and provide guidelines for Hill's student representatives, ensuring they are aligned with the overall strategy and capturing opportunities within Veterinary Schools;Conduct and ensure negotiations, contracts, and payments with suppliers to ensure the complete success of the projects.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine;Master's degree, residency, or postgraduate studies in dog and cat nutrition or animal nutrition;Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google tools;Equal Opportunity Employer
