Our groups include: BEN - Black Employee Network, Women@Amazon, Glamazon (LGBTQIA+), and People With Disabilities.The program manager will be responsible for coordinating project prioritization and next features along with our tech teams, evolving our payments experience by working backward from the customers, analyzing the main KPIs, and proposing new solutions to improve our customer journey for our Amazon Payment Products program.Key Job Responsibilities Product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience;Bachelor's degree or equivalent;Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition;Experience with end-to-end product delivery;Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product;Experience as a program manager or owner;Experience owning technology products;Advanced English.Preferred Qualifications Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights;Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders;Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.g., NPS).About the Team Our vision is to be the provider of the most innovative, secure, and customer-friendly payment options to customers in Brazil, providing access, driving engagement, and increasing affordability through the value-added benefits and seamless experience that our products offer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
