CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Project Managerto join our Commercial & Institutional - PMCM/OPM Teamat our office in Bethlehem, PA. YOUR IMPACTCHA is committed to delivering on-time, on-budget and high-quality projects, working closely with owners throughout the process to ensure success. We provide the necessary tools and skillset to effectively manage construction projects from schools and apartment buildings to municipal buildings and warehouses.
At CHA, the Sr. Project Manager works diligently to complete projects within the scope, budget and schedule while thoroughly understanding all project risks and applicable financial measures. This senior, key role is responsible for managing the overall client relationship including any technical, financial or logistical issues that may arise. Our Sr. Project Managers are skilled collaborators who are experts at problem solving and adapting and staying calm under pressure. The professional in this role sells and develops work with specific clients, ultimately leading to a "seller/doer" dual role.
Our Sr. Project Managers are leaders in identification of target market areas and marketing plan development. The individual in this role clearly and successfully communicates updates to the client, management and project team, as well as prepares for and attends monthly project review meetings with operations. Additionally, the professional in this role plays an important role in setting visions and strategies for other Project Managers and understands the professional goals of others.

REQUIREMENTSA minimum of 10 years of experience required; a minimum of 8 years of project management experience requiredExperience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations and project closeout documents for projects requiredDemonstrated experience in managing client relationshipsExperience understanding and interpreting client contract requirementsAbility to track and oversee multiple projects requiredExperience utilizing problem-solving skills, exercising discretion, and making independent judgments requiredExperience managing project accounting processes to include project budgeting, forecasts and cash management requiredExperience in Microsoft Office suite requiredKnowledge of Deltek Vision preferredAn articulate and persuasive communicator with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiencesKnowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera P6 preferredAbility to travel as needed requiredSALARY RANGE:$115,000 - $150,000
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
