Active participation in supplier quality indexes, data analysis, and trends related to the quality of products or processes, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for optimization in the manufacturing process, monitoring audits of suppliers and/or manufacturing processes in predominantly national low-complexity products, to achieve quality goals that meet the standards required by the customer and the Company.
Main AttributionsEnsure, through occasional guidance, the quality of the inspection of incoming suppliers and production processes, through critical analysis of the results of inspections carried out and training, according to standards and procedures.Analyze, through occasional guidelines, non-conforming items, give the appropriate dispositions interacting with specialists in the areas of NX, and provide support to projects in matters involving the use of materials in the development process.With occasional guidance, carry out audits of quality systems and processes in national or international suppliers, aiming at their approval.Report the results of audits and failures found in the development process to the supplier and areas involved, requesting corrective and preventive actions, keeping records of them, report the quality performance of key suppliers, as well as monitor their implementation and verify their effectiveness, avoiding recurrence of non-conformities pointed out and upon eventual guidance, present them in meetings, when necessary.Conduct, upon occasional guidance, try-outs, and Supplier First Article Inspection (SFAI) and Manufacturing First Article Inspection (FAI) and apply, when required, training to suppliers and/or project processes in quality tools, to improve their performance.Responsible for the quality control activities of suppliers and projects from the product development phase to the end of its life cycle.Prepare reports, monitor internal actions to address non-conformities, and participate in and coordinate improvement projects, through occasional supervision.
Monitor, with occasional guidance, the performance of products/projects and suppliers through Lean tools, identifying and evaluating non-conformities and their impacts on the process and the customer.Under occasional guidance, analyze, propose and validate necessary modifications to minimize non-quality problems and ensure compliance with specifications.
