Job Description Sr. Research Analyst – CMI ?About this position The Sr. Research Analyst is responsible for managing the delivery and rollout of Consumer and Market Insights products.
In this role, you will work closely with the strategic owners to help guide and prioritize the requirements backlog and manage the product releases across all the global business units. Responsibilities? Build and maintain long-term partnerships with a list of customers in different segments, acting as the main point of contact for these customers. Work with quantitative and qualitative studies, mainly methodologies: shopper, brand tracking, communication Support and guide customers to properly use GfK/NIQ information. Ensure data quality and report delivery, meeting the agreed standard for each client.
You must also propose and execute improvements to existing customer processes and reports. Questionnaire validation, both in the structural and logical part Conduct training sessions and present GfK/NIQ research results to clients with the support of the immediate superior. Develop presentations, market analysis and recommendations, providing relevant insights that enable smarter business decisions and drive our partners' growth with the support of the immediate superior. Verify preliminary processing data, statistical analyses and follow the project analysis plan, as discussed throughout the project with the direct superior. Ability to cross-reference and combine information, whether from project data, syndicated data or external data, creating insights and recommendations to customers Check, relay and discuss the project's progress with the immediate superior, schedule team meetings and prepare meeting agendas. Review presentation data, including translation (when applicable), before sending it to the direct superior. Create and update databases, including maintaining a folder with all active projects easily accessible.
