Sr. Ruby On Rails Engineer (Req English)

Pangea.io is seeking a Principal Engineer to take on a leadership role as we scale our global FX platform. This position is ideal for a former FinTech Backend Engineer or Financial Engineer with experience in Consumer or Business SaaS. Experience in high-frequency trading, hedge funds, or currency/crypto market trading is highly valued. The applicant will be challenged and must possess strong mathematical skills and logical problem-solving abilities. The role requires a combination of individual contributor (IC) expertise and managerial skills, with the ability to architect and maintain high-scale, dynamic, and complex systems. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves working directly with the CEO on product strategy and development.
