The development and implementation of an integrated Human Resources Strategy that ensures relevant results of our business and the reinforcement of our culture, values, behavior, polices and processes.
Provide HR coaching and counseling support to the Managers and employees to enable them to be more effective in their positions.
Anticipate and respond to changing business and human resources needs.
Develop and implement HR agenda to support the business.
Leverage HR practices to ensure right people in the right place for the business.
Close partnership with HR functions and corelated areas that enable the needed deliverables to our results.
**Primary activities include, but are not limited to**:
Be the HR Partner for Commercial areas in Animal Health, with around 400 employees building a strong and strategic partnership with the leadership and teams;
Partnership with teams to identify key needs with respect to people, hiring, talent development, organization design, employee engagement and succession plans;
Responsible for providing HR guidance, acting as a broker for HR services working closely to COEs;
Participate as a member of HR communities in Latin America and all regions;
Act as champion for change, challenge and transform the businesses to ensure the Company meets its strategic priorities in attracting and retaining a highly talented and diverse workforce, ensuring a strong Culture based and leaders that walk the talk our values and purpose;
Collaborate with HR colleagues and local HRBP's to develop plans for building greater employee engagement;
Be a member of local, regional and global projects;
Act according to HR strategic priorities and as protagonist toward to One HR alignments and being a role model on these initiatives.
**Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications required**:
Qualifications in Human Resources or Management;
HR experience in supporting strategic areas;
HR business partnering and COEs (nice to have) experience;
Strong communication skills - both oral (one to one and presentations) and written, including ability to constructively challenge clients and have courageous conversations;
Creative, Innovative and Growth mindset driven;
Strong results orientation - Demonstrated ability to deliver end to end projects within deadline;
Must be a self-starter and driven to achieve outcomes;
Partnering Skills - Proven experience with building effective relationships and establishing credibility quickly;
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills;
Innovative and Growth Mindset driven;
Skilled and agile in working across different cultures;
A Brazilian-Portuguese speaker with strong English and ideally Spanish language proficiency;
