**SR SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER**
**Responsible for ensuring the customer service goals, guaranteeing a correct and efficient supply of product according to the needs of the franchise, from net requirements to the delivery of products to Kenvue distribution centers.
**
This position reports into Supply Planning Coordinator.

**What You Will Do**
Responsible for ensuring the customer service goals, guaranteeing a correct and efficient supply of product according to the needs of the franchise, from net requirements to the delivery of products to Kenvue distribution centers.
Responsible to maintaining control and optimization of inventory levels, with special attention to the inventory of the franchise projects in charge.
Likewise, responsible for managing processes that integrate the fulfillment of manufacturing requirements in the short and long-term production plans in the EM's, supervising their execution and maintaining excellent communication with local and regional stakeholders, integrating the vision of the Supply Planning process for the categories in charge.
- Key Responsibilities

- Effectively communication between the EM's and internal stakeholders to align and optimize the manufacturing plan and raw materials availability with customer needs.
- Lead Supply Review/STEM meetings with affiliates to communicate and update them on the deliveries and supply plan
- Participation in new product launch projects, Phase In/Phase Out and initiatives of the portfolio in charge.
- Manage key KPIs, like OTIF, UFR Service level, Plan Attainment, Gross inventory and DOS.
- Identify and escalate on time issues that generate a supply risk to find actions that mitigate a potential back order.
- Supervise and manage master data for the Supply Planning process.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management or Economist with an emphasis on foreign trade, logistics or marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Supply Planning.
- Intermediate level of English and Spanish.
- Professional with experience in areas of Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Service.
- Desired Qualifications
- Post Graduate degree in Engineering / Management.
