She/He will lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects starting from the definition through to introduction into the market, with high interaction with the supply and commercial teams.ResponsibilitiesLeads local NPI/promopacks (New product introduction) for local manufactured and imported projects and leads supply chain/commercial projects – guarantees implementation on time, at cost, in compliance and with a flawless execution and supply reliability.Leads Kenvue store project, managing product availability and inventory, days on hand and sell out, ensuring a high service level.Builds and prioritizes project teams, delegates assignments, establishes accountability and deadlines to drive business results.Leads, influences, and negotiates to ensure deliverables exceed expectations and are of the highest quality.Develops plans for process improvement involving organizational change and development to achieve goals and objectives - anticipates issues and barriers that may impede progress.Leads and works within a cross-functional team environment to develop process improvement initiatives as well as establishing budgetary guidelines for multiple projects.Monitors and manages risks and opportunities.Meets or exceeds customer requirements with respect to time, cost efficiency, and business value.QualificationsRequirementsCollege degreeProject management experience is requiredAdvanced English is requiredSpanish (intermediate/advanced) is a plusWritten and verbal communication skillsAttention to details, multi-tasking and problem-solving skillsStrong team working and relationship building skillsKnowledge in MS project is desirableLocation/Cia.Who We AreAt Kenvue, we realize the extraordinary power of everyday care.
