Compensation: USD 10 - 25/hour.
Location: Remote (for México, Argentina, Costa Rica, Brasil, Ecuador, Venezuela, Colombia and Chile residents).

What makes you a strong candidate: You are expert in IT Operations Management, ServiceNow, ITSM (Information Technology Service Management), and SecOps (Security Operations).
English - Conversational.
Responsibilities and more: Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and technical teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the ServiceNow platform.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to ensure optimal use of the platform.
Requirements 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations.
CSA certification is a must.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules, including CSM, ITAM, ITBM, ITOM, Platform Discovery, SecOps, and ITSM.
