Responsibilities: Lead the resolution of complex campaign performance issues, going beyond investigation to provide strategic solutions and optimizations.
Oversee the monitoring of campaign pacing and delivery, ensuring not only that client objectives and budget targets are met but also that insights are generated to inform future strategies.
Develop and maintain high-level relationships with clients across Europe, acting as a trusted advisor and primary technical liaison.
Mentor and train junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and the development of best practices within the programmatic team.
Drive innovation by contributing to the development and implementation of new tools and processes to enhance campaign performance.
Requirements: Minimum of 4 years in Programmatic or Campaign Management roles in digital advertising.
Exceptional technical expertise, with proven experience in mastering DSPs and driving substantial client performance improvements.
In-depth proficiency in The Trade Desk, Google DV360, Xandr, Amazon DSP, and other DSPs.
Comprehensive and strategic understanding of the programmatic landscape, including advanced knowledge of DSPs, DMPs, RTB, tagging, and bidding.
Advanced experience in data onboarding and audience targeting, including working with hashed emails, Mobile Advertising IDs (MAIDs), and other data sources.
Strong data interpretation and analytical skills, with extensive experience using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools.
Proven ability to quickly learn new products and intuitively understand feature functionalities.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with significant experience collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders and explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have: Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and understanding of data, triggers, and events configuration.
Familiarity in HTML, JavaScript, Python, SQL.
