Sr Territory Manager - Hvac

Responsibilities
Honeywell is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Territory Manager to lead sales operations in HVAC systems, focusing on the installer channel, to drive revenue growth in the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and achieving fast and efficient results.

Management of Key Accounts.
Development of New Opportunities.
Driving Revenue Growth.
Team Management.
Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, including BMS, and technical knowledge of installation.

You Must Have

Knowledge of the HVAC systems market.
Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques.
Communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
Knowledge of specific technologies such as BMS and HVAC, and technical knowledge of installation.
Experience with the installer channel.

Language: Fluency in Spanish, with English being a plus.
