As an individual contributor, you'll be joining an elite sales organization and will benefit from having direct access to multiple leadership teams. Candidates should have experience buying, planning, packaging, and selling STV both directly and programmatically. Candidates will have a strong knowledge of the STV landscape, experience negotiating and closing upfronts, and the ability to drive conversations with C-Suite client contacts.About the teamVideo Specialists are aligned to the Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization and work closely with Account Teams, Agency Development Managers (ADMs), Go to Market (GTM) specialists, and Amazon Advertising Customers.• 7+ years of B2B sales experience• 7+ years of digital ad sales as an individual contributor selling performances based advertising or similiar offering experience• Experience with podcast sales, video sales, or audio programs• Effectively works cross-functionally (AE, Sales Leadership, Yield, Product, Measurement)• Experience selling various video formats (MS, SS, Sponsorships, Sports)• Experience building and deploying GTM strategies, with an emphasis on packaging, positioning and messaging.• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), including the ability to present complex topics both in person, over the phone, and through concise document writing• Experience growing a product to maturity through collaboration with Product teams• Experience presenting to SVP and C-Level• Experience negotiating Video Upfronts at agency and Brand level• STV/TV measurement proficiency• Experience building and executing product and sales strategies across teamsDemonstrated ability to operate autonomously while defining and delivering priorities amidst ambiguity
