Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced APS Workday Sr. Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Workday HCM/Fin software, including configuration, handson experience in multiple HCM and Fin modules, and reporting proficiency. As the subject matter expert, you will provide advanced daytoday HRIS/Fin system support, troubleshoot technical issues, perform incident diagnosis and resolution, and collaborate with internal IT teams. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Technical Depth and Breadth: We need a candidate with extensive and deep experience across the Workday Finance module. The candidate should have strong configuration abilities and technical skills with Workday Finance. Configuration and Troubleshooting: The ideal candidate must have significant configuration experience and the ability to troubleshoot effectively. They should be capable of providing technical guidance to end users within the module. They should have experience with data mapping and reporting. Technical background, not "Functional": We are looking for someone with a more technical background rather than just a functional administrator role (almost a "Jr. Developer"). The candidate must demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge and expertise. Certification in Workday Fin is a big plus. HCM experience, and skills working hand-in-hand with QA teams will be helpful.
