Staff Back-End Engineer - Remote

Currently, we are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Staff Back-End Engineer who is passionate about building scalable, efficient, and maintainable systems.Key Responsibilities:Architect and design high-performance, scalable backend systems using domain-driven design principles.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our technological solutions are built and maintained according to the best practices.Develop and implement APIs that power our automation and machine learning capabilities.Manage and process massive datasets to extract actionable insights.Optimize our systems for scalability and performance.About You:8-10 years of experience in software development with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Ruby, Go, and Java.Proven expertise in designing and developing scalable and maintainable backend systems.Experience in managing relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).Familiarity with distributed systems and scalability issues and solutions.Proficient in cloud computing platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.Experience with serverless architectures, containers (like Docker), and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.A strong passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.If you think everything suits you, hit the apply button!
