This is a full-time remote role for a Staff Frontend Developer, Platform in Brazil.
You will join one of our North American client's engineering team to build and execute on the Platform roadmap - design systems, accessibility, performance, developer experience, cross-browser compatibility, and more.
As a leader in the engineering organization, you will be responsible for writing great documentation and mentoring others.
You will participate in the client's team ceremonies and other sessions.
Required Qualifications Strong English communication, writing and verbal.
At least 10 years of experience in software development roles.
Significant experience writing TypeScript code with React and/or React Native.
Significant experience with platform-focused initiatives: design systems, accessibility, performance, developer experience, and/or cross-browser compatibility.
Experience working independently and remotely.
Experience with agile project management methodologies.
Bonus Qualifications Experience with Ruby on Rails.
Experience AI tools like Cursor, Aider, or GitHub Copilot.
