Golang development experience is a must.5+ years of proven experience in a fintech company.3+ years of experience leading the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and current systems3+ years of strong background in developing, testing and validating financial platforms, preferably with expertise in ledger technology.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.Excellent project management and communication skills.Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skillsFamiliarity with agile development methodologies.Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and driveFluent in English.Nice to HaveExperience in building a team of developers from 0 to 10Experience in building high-scale and high-quality distributed systemsTrack record of building and delivering mission-critical, 24x7 production software systems
