The RoleAs we rapidly expand our platform capabilities, we are seeking an exceptional senior front-end engineer to join our engineering team.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and enhance our existing Svelte-based web application to improve user experience and functionalityDesign and implement new front-end features that integrate seamlessly with our secure backend systemsDevelop and maintain JavaScript unit tests and Playwright-based integration tests in TypeScriptCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresTroubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, ensuring a reliable user experienceTake part in an incident response on-call schedule
Required QualificationsExtensive experience in front-end development, particularly with Svelte and JavaScriptProven track record of delivering high-quality, high-impact features for successful projectsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailProficient in building and maintaining integration tests with Playwright in TypeScriptExcellent understanding of testing frameworks and methodologies, including unit and integration testingEffective communication skills and a collaborative team player
Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend servicesExperience using and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, we use GitHub Actions
