The Fairmont El San Juan Hotel is seeking a Steward (Dishwasher) to maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas in a clean and sanitary manner by following the cleaning schedules and adhering to the Health & Hygiene Regulations and Company policy and procedures.

Qualifications

Qualification Standards Education & Skills High School graduate and/or equivalent experience in hotel-related fields. Sufficient manual dexterity in order to load and unload the dishwasher and handle all sorts of kitchen equipment.Ability to speak English and Spanish.Experience Some work experience in a related field preferred.Hospitality experience preferred.
