We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Storekeeper to join our dynamic team.
**Role Summary**: The Storekeeper will be integral to the operations at Melita Shipyard, responsible for managing our comprehensive inventory and asset register.
This position involves maintaining accurate stock levels, overseeing the maintenance of shipyard assets, and ensuring efficient operational support across our facilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage stock ordering, receiving, and maintenance ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect deliveries and manage discrepancies or damage.
- Supervise maintenance records for both fixed and moveable yard assets.
- Generate and present detailed quarterly reports on inventory levels, maintenance schedules, and asset management.

**Required Qualifications**
- At least 3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software such as SAGE.
- Strong organisational, decision-making, and communication skills.
- English speaking (communication and writing)
- School diploma with accounting basis will be considered an asset.
