Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience managing and growing large accounts, product marketing or management consulting roles
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent

As a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) in the Brazil Marketplace organization, you will be a critical driver of business growth by deeply engaging with our most strategic seller accounts. Leveraging your comprehensive knowledge of Amazon's Marketplace tools, programs, and logistics solutions, you will work closely with business owners to identify opportunities for improved seller performance and advise them accordingly.
A key focus of your role will be promoting and driving adoption of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to enhance the customer experience. Additionally, you will educate sellers on the benefits of Sponsored Ads and support their adoption of Amazon's Ads solutions, unlocking new avenues for growth.
Utilizing your keen understanding of industry trends and seller pain points, you will map new business opportunities, such as selection gaps in specific subcategories, and connect this valuable information to inform our overall sales strategy. Your role as the voice of the seller is crucial - you will escalate feedback to the appropriate teams and collaborate cross-functionally to improve Amazon's products, services, processes, systems, and tools.

Key job responsibilities
- Deeply engage with strategic seller accounts to identify opportunities for improved performance
- Analyze seller data and create tailored account plans to help top sellers achieve their goals
- Advise sellers on the optimal use of Marketplace tools and programs (e.g., Self-Service Deals, Coupons, Sponsored Ads)
- Guide sellers on best practices for improving key inputs like selection, shipping, pricing, and catalog quality
- Promote and drive seller adoption of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to enhance the customer experience
- Educate sellers on the benefits of Sponsored Ads and support their adoption of Amazon's Ads solutions
- Recommend the most suitable shipping solutions to enhance the seller and customer experience
- Escalate critical seller feedback to the appropriate internal teams to drive continuous improvement of Amazon's products, services, processes, systems, and tools
- Leverage your comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and seller pain points to map new business opportunities and inform the overall sales strategy
- Act as the voice of the seller, advocating for their needs and collaborating cross-functionally to address their challenges
- Demonstrate a strategic, data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Drive measurable results that contribute to the sustained growth of the Brazil Marketplace
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
- Intermediate knowledge in Excel (formulas, data handling, pivot tables, lookups).
