What you will do The Strategy Analyst is responsible for supporting the LATAM strategy manager in the planning, execution and control of HCP plans, including the management of dashboards and control of the BME as well as all the financial processes that it implies.
Key Responsibilities • Support the organization, planning and execution of the MANDALA process for HCP.
• Plan and control the execution of the BME, participate in status meetings with the finance team and ensure the preparation of the different financial scenarios in a timely manner.
• Ensure the monthly update of the execution and results dashboards in a timely manner by the operations team so that the strategy team has them available for their results presentations in the branded SQUAD.
• Lead the meeting and presentation of the results dashboard with the strategy team including key stake holders for the definition of action plans (Ex.
BI team, execution, operations, etc) • Management of POs, billing and management of suppliers (other than HCPs) • Lead the sampling forecasting process, guarantee monthly meetings with the demand planning team to ensure compliance with the sampling delivery plans for medical visits and congresses, as well as to effectively control the sampling and regular product.
• Lead the innovation process of samples and regular products that will be used in HCP programs.
What we are looking for Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree • 2 - 3 years of experience in administrative functions, budget planning and control, vendors management, dashboards, etc.
• Excellent excel domain • Strong communication skills and ability to connect with different areas • High accountability and Ownership • Analytical ability.
