Strategy Manager, Latam Game Publishing

**In this role, you have the opportunities to**:

- Drive strategic development for Tencent games worldwide

**Key Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible to drive overseas gaming publishing strategy development and implementation, directly working with C-level and middle-management executives in overseas companies
- Develop regional gaming publishing strategy and conduct market insight studies
- Work with internal team and subsidiary companies to develop strategic initiatives
- Build regional PMO function and directly lead key business implementations in the region and across internal and external partners

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrate strategic visions, business insights and passion in gaming industry
- Effective team players with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, able to work with multi-stakeholders
- Proven capability of driving things to happen and tangible results; Strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Fluent in English and Chinese; Spanish or Portuguese is a big plus
- Experience in consulting, corporate strategy or strategy implementation is a plus
