Team Overview:
This is a high-exposure Strategy Operations position, you will be working directly with the leadership in projects that focus on innovative solutions to engage drivers throughout their journey.
You'll be working on:
- Leading a hands-on project
- building workflows to increase day-to-day efficiency.
- operating communications to different marketplace agents.
- collecting insights from a new operation

Role Responsibilities:
Your activities will be:
- Lead incentives strategy for different marketplace agents.
- Lead communication strategy for different marketplace agents
- Operating A/B tests and collecting learnings.
- Collect insights to enhance the product and marketplace agents experiences.
Role Qualifications:
Required hard skills:
- Experience in Operations roles
- A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones
- A passion for working with data
- Intermediate level: English
Required soft skills:
- Critical thinking
- Very well-organized
- Adaptability to new roles and activities
- Time management
- Be a good communicator
Previous work experience is preferable, but not required.
