Team Overview:
This role will be responsible for supporting and enabling the business strategies for Fintech group in 99.
You will work closely with the different business leaders across Operation, Marketing, Product and Headquarter teams to analyze markets, player's trends, business models, and offer recommendations / structure plans for critical business decisions to upper management.
Role Responsibilities:
**Your responsibilities**:
- In-depth country-level market analysis, incl.
regulation change and forecast, competitive landscape, customer/product insight, etc;
- Play an important role in guiding the business leaders and teams to build up a deep, holistic and data-oriented understanding of 99's own Fintech product and services;
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for Fintech Business in Brazil;
- Support headquarter, international strategy team, operational managers and functional team leaders in understanding of market, players, features, business models of Payments and Credit ecosystem on key initiatives;
- Support the Brazil OKR setting, OKR breakdown, tracking, and analysis (coordinate by BI team).
Role Qualifications:
- Fluent in English;
- Have at least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in S&P, within payment and/or credit sectors (Acquiring, Issuer, Wallets, Digital Banks, etc.
);
- Strong communication skills, ability to generate empathy with business stakeholders and manage effective collaborations with cross-functional teams.
- Have a big picture business understanding, embrace change, have curiosity, problem solving mindset, strong organization, independent, self-starter and ability to multi-task.
