We leverage cutting edge technology to empower our customers and disrupt traditional investment banking practices.Role SummaryResponsible for the control, the front to back support, the processes and the automation of the operational aspect of the Marex Solutions business, particularly providing regional coverage and support in the Latam and US time zone.Overall ResponsibilitiesSupervise, guide and motivate the Operations team members locally.Oversight of all daily controls and processes for the Marex Solutions business locally: The team performs wide range of middle office and back office tasks ranging from reconciling trade positions and cash flows, managing structured trade lifecycles across asset classes for both OTC and listed products, sending trade confirmations and client statements, dealing with margin calls and settlements, as well as making sure all relevant trades are reported correctly to meet MiFID, EMIR and Dodd-Frank etc regulatory frameworks.
