The paid social specialist is responsible for ongoing analysis, executing the paid social strategy, and providing updates and reporting on behalf of our clients.
He/she will work closely with the Digital Marketing Strategist to ensure work is moving through the pipeline and we're delivering results.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist new clients with account setup, gaining account access, access to the pixel, access to the product feed, and ensuring conversion tracking is set up and working properly.
Understand client ICP and how to speak to them
Create ad headlines, ad copy, and image overlay copy, and CTAs
Write creative briefs that include clear messaging tracks, A/B tests and goals for the creative.
Then send to creative agency, and provide feedback and direction until assets are finalized.
Maintain a repository of successful ad copy for all client verticals.
Setup, optimize, and manage ongoing ad campaigns
Run monthly split tests for each campaign to continually improve performance.
Perform weekly account audits and identify areas of improvement.
Conduct campaign optimization tasks throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Monitor product feeds
Report on results of paid social campaigns including click through rates, revenue, etc.
Forecast, suggest and manage budgets and budget pacing in multiple paid social campaigns.
Provide outstanding customer service

Proven track record of delivering year-over-year growth for ecommerce brands
Understanding key ecommerce metrics and how to use them to drive growth (AOV, LTV, Repurchase Rate, CAC Payback Period, etc.)

Able to manage the workload independently
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of paid social experience
Minimum of 2 years working on ecommerce brands
Minimum of 2 years experience working remotely.
Communication Expectations
Communication will take place primarily through email video conferences (Google Meet), email, and Google Chat.
Be available from 9-5pm Mountain Standard Time.
