Job Summary:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and driven Student Enrolment Advisor to join our Australian Risepoint team. Reporting into the Director of Marketing & Student Recruitment, this integral position will be the first point of contact for students from around Australia who need assistance to make the right decisions about postgraduate study.
Day In a Life:
The essential functions of this role are as follows:
Provide critical support to prospective students.
Be an ambassador for partner universities where you guide prospective students on the entire enrolment process from inquiry to application submission and enrolment into their course.
Provide thorough information about universities' courses and serve as a link between various departments.
Communicate guidance on the online learning experience, but support through the various challenges a student may encounter.
What You'll Need for Success:
You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:
Client service-oriented individual with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create instant connections with others and perform duties with a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to professional ethical standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience in customer service, sales support, or education related fields will be highly regarded but is not essential.
If located near our Melbourne, Australia office, you will have the opportunity to go into the office once or twice a week. Office Location: Lvl 18, 1 Nicholson St, East Melbourne.
