As a Student Scholarship Interviewer, it will be your responsibility to coordinate the scholarship application process and interview applicants to determine their financial situation.
This role includes determining the student's financial need, keeping track of the student's compliance with scholarship rules, and supporting the scholarship awarding process.
Your primary objective is to meet with students, assess their financial situation, and close the meeting by reaching a consensus on financial obligations or scholarship approvals.
You will assist students in organizing and executing fundraising campaigns, providing guidance and support at each step.
Additionally, you will follow up and help students with travel arrangements.
Responsibilities 1.
Coordinate the scholarship application process by analyzing and understanding students' financial backgrounds.

Communicate with students and provide guidance on the application process and required documents.

Gather and examine the student-submitted financial documentation by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the financial information provided.

Conduct one-on-one financial interviews with students to fully understand their financial situations, including income, expenses, and other relevant financial factors.

Keep thorough and well-organized records of all financial interviews, scholarship awards, and application documents.
6.
Provide reports on scholarship awards and associated financial information.
7.
Assist students in planning their travel itineraries, considering factors such as destination, budget, and time constraints.
8.
Collaborate closely with students to develop effective peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns and strategies.
9.
Track and report on fundraising activities and outcomes, ensuring transparency and accountability.
10.
Foster a collaborative and motivated environment among students to maximize engagement and participation in fundraising campaigns.
11.
Attend frequent meetings with the enrollment department and other departments as required.
Requirement : C1 or above in English.
A minimum of one year of previous experience in student interviewing, scholarship evaluation, or a related field, is required.
Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.
An associate's degree or a comparable diploma in finance, business, or counseling.
Accuracy and diligence when analyzing financial documents and understanding of budgeting.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in managing travel budgets and travel arrangements.
