Full Job Description: Student Service Representative - Bilingual PortugueseZoni's Student Service Representatives are multilingual experts providing excellent service to our students, administrative support to our offices, providing information and responding to inquiries from students, teachers, staff, and visitors. They register and enroll prospective students working collaboratively with various teams within the organization.
Responsibilities include:
Respond to all inquiries (i.e., leads) about Zoni products to all prospective students by phone, email, and mail.Interview, qualify and enroll students for our English and specialized programs.Reach goals and objectives of student enrollment criteria.Establish good relationships with agents.Provide superior customer service.Answer telephone calls.Collect registration, tuition, and other payments.Prepare reports.Perform related duties as assigned.Work Environment:
In-person.
Minimum Requirements: High School DiplomaBilingual Portuguese/SpanishSales experienceExcellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated writing ability. Ability to advise and provide solutions to problems faced by a diverse student population.Excellent Customer ServiceSchedule:
Rotating shift
Monday to Friday
Week 1: 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM
Week 2: 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
