Here, challenges are constant, and you won't fall into a routine.Main responsibilitiesAs a SME Expert, you will:Work for major clients and operations in the Oil & Gas segment.Provide technical leadership and guidance to the program to end-users and stakeholders from operations (business units), IT, Digital, and Innovation teams.Identify requirements to implement, rollout, and sustain industrial applications globally. Support strategic and technical/tactic discussions.Collaborate with software providers to ensure that the requirements are reflected in the providers' product roadmaps. Hold vendors accountable to meet the timelines for delivering the required functionality.Assess the software adoption and usage in industrial facilities. Analyze use cases and metrics, identify gaps, and develop action plans to remediate applications adoption and utilization.Support preparation and setup of training programs.
