PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
SAP SuccessFactors HCM Payroll specific solution consulting to lead project implementation through preparation, exploration and design based on solution leading practices, solution configuration, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support and post go live support.
Support in analyzing technical and functional integration requirements.
Support in critical projects.
Support in solution adoption initiatives with customers.
Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews.
Support in pre and post sales activities.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Ability to perform payroll requirements gathering with client.
Understand payroll processes & solution leading practices and how it affects their area of the business.
Follow up on payroll solution roadmaps and trends associated with the technology.
Ability to discuss value propositions for clients to rotate to the new solution.
Takes responsibility as solution project team lead and supports respective line manager in people development tasks.
Detailed planning of process implementation.
Develop and assure quality of process models.
Demonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools.
Act as a coach for colleagues.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Strong consulting experience in SAP SuccessFactors|HCM Payroll for Brazil.
Experience in minimum of two full cycle implementations in SAP SuccessFactors|HCM Payroll for Brazil.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors payroll configuration, tax setup and payroll schema.
Knowledge in Brazilian Legal Reports (eSocial).
Experience integrating with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Good understanding of industry specific business processes.
Understand the Business Process Library & Leading Practices approach.
Acted as a team lead in more than two projects.
Acted as a coach or mentor for colleagues.
Experience as part of a thriving virtual team.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is a plus.
University degree or equivalent work experience.
Portuguese language: native.
English language: fluent.
Spanish language: intermediate.
