Formulate comprehensive annual, quarterly, and monthly performance plans for the sales region in alignment with corporate - wide objectives.

Customer Relationship Oversight

Lead and Opportunity Tracking

Project Initiation and Evaluation

Organize and facilitate project initiation reviews for non - corporate - level projects, ensuring proper evaluation and decision - making.

Sales Project Management
Take charge of writing commercial bids for non - corporate - level projects and preparing comprehensive bid documents.
Timely provide bid - opening information and closely monitor the entire bidding process to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Handle all aspects of contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring the integrity and enforce-ability of contracts.
Manage the invoicing process, payment collection, and actively follow up on overdue payments and bad debt situations.

Order Management and Logistics
Closely monitor and track the shipment and delivery progress of overseas orders.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays in the order fulfillment process.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting

Provide accurate and timely forecasts to the headquarters to support strategic planning and resource allocation.

LTC Process Implementation and Optimization
Conduct in - depth training sessions on LTC process within the region to ensure proper implementation.

Exhibition and Event Support

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or higher in business, operations management, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in regional operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with cross - functional teams.
Proficiency in English is an essential requirement.
Chinese is also needed as a working language, and a good command of the local language in the region is highly preferred.
