This involves analyzing internal processes, external factors, and emerging trends; Assesses risks potential impact and likelihood of occurrence. This often involves using quantitative and qualitative methods to prioritize risks based on their severity and the organization's risk tolerance; Develop strategies and action plans to mitigate or minimize the impact of those risks.
