A Eaton está buscando por um(a) Supervisor(a) de Logística - SCM para atuar em Caxias do Sul.Anexe seu currículo atualizado em PDF ou WORD no campo indicado.Se você é um candidato interno (#E), a candidatura deve ocorrer através do Eaton Jobs (Intranet > Joe > EatonJobs)What you'll do:Supervises processes and leads people in the areas of receiving, shipping, internal movement, external logistics and production scheduling.Supervises the receipt and dispatch of plant materials, direct and indirect material, Warehouse, Shipping and ReceivingSupervises the physical and systemic movement of materials, ensuring their accuracy;Supervises external logistics (inbound and outbound) via a contracted third party;Leads continuous improvement programs related to material flow;Leads the cyclical and annual physical inventory process of direct materials;Supports cost out programs related to the profit plan process;Unfold/Multiply knowledge about IMPACT (Materials Strategy);Monitors and ensures monthly Sales and Delivery Performance (OTD) for all sales channels (OEM, Aftermarket and Intercompany);Manages internal packaging, from suppliers and customers, ensuring their availability and quality and development of new packaging;Supervises third-party services provided at the plant (forklift rental and maintenance, transportation service provider);Supervises the entire manufacturing supply process, ensuring productivity in accordance with demand;Supervises the entire process of parts inventory, material separation, packaging and invoicing according to the sales channel;Supports security programs by making time to use tools to identify opportunities for improvement and disseminate knowledge on the topic.Supports change programs in the MOC areaMonitors and ensures delivery of the area's KPIs;Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related coursesExperience in Materials, Logistics or ManufacturingTeam management experienceKnowledge in Lean ManufacturingKnowledge in Logistics, Warehousing, Handling and SupplyExcel, Word and Power PointERP knowledgeDesirableIntermediary EnglishSix Sigma Certification (Yellow Belt / Green Belt or Black Belt)Power BiHabilidades interpessoais•Ability in Leadership and Team Management•Discipline, Commitment, Pro-Activity and OwnershipWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
