About The Role This role will be responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis professional.
Executes financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans.
Responsible for developing analysis and projections and conducting small projects.
Position Responsibilities: Executes financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans.
Reviews, analyzes and interprets financial and budgetary reports to develop observations and preliminary recommendations.
Develops P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis and projections.
Develops analysis on budgets, forecasts, inventory, and / or sales margins.
Provides interpretation of financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reports.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
Conducts small-scale projects, completing ad hoc analysis.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analys Skilled in ERP JDE and HFM (Oracle Hyperion Financial Management).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and financial software applications is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is an advantage.
Availability to work in a hybrid model, based in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo.
