You will collaborate with Media Strategy leads to recommend an optimal digital media mix in line with client briefs.
You will actively clear roadblocks while mitigating risks to ensure successful media execution.With a strong digital & offline media background, you will consider the entire audience experience and ensure high quality, innovative & strategic paid media recommendations.
Proactively collaborating across teams, you will ensure an actionable plan that meets the needs of the client brief.
You will work closely with media activation teams to ensure timely and accurate client deliverables & campaign execution.
Maintaining overall accountability for team quality assurance (QA) based on published expectations and plan parameters will be essential.You will organize tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum impact through diverse digital campaigns.
Having a deep understanding of audience demographic profiles, you will apply this knowledge to campaign development and optimizations.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing high-level optimizations and strategies to improve the digital impact of the campaigns.
Supporting the workflow & ensuring timely delivery of all tasks.
Throughout this process, you will be responsible for the growth & development of 2-4 junior media team members.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with team leads, creative teams, and clients to develop optimal media strategies tailored to each title or project.Oversee campaign execution to ensure accurate and timely campaign launch, optimizations & reporting.Organize tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum impact across digital campaigns.Utilize audience demographic profiles to inform campaign development and optimizations.Influence media mix strategies across various platforms, ensuring alignment with the brief & audience research.Guide high-level optimizations and strategies to improve the impact of campaigns.Oversee reporting & insights organization & client communication in collaboration with strategy and other media leads.Train & support junior digital specialists throughout the campaign planning & execution process.Maintain relationships with media partners and utilize the resources & information available through these teams to inform media plans.Qualifications:3-4 years in paid media.High attention to detail.Strong analytical skills and the ability to organize tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to optimize digital and paid social campaigns.Proven track record in managing the development of a team.Experience with digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, DV360).Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop plans.Experience in AD or VBS.Experience in media tools (Instar, Monitor, Comscore, and TGI).Experience in broadcast TV planning, buying, and compensation.Intermediate English for internal and external reporting and occasional meetings.Even if you do not meet 100% of the qualifications listed above, but feel you are a good fit for the role, we encourage you to apply.If you are a strategic and analytical professional with a passion for developing and optimizing digital campaigns, we invite you to join our team as a Supervisor, Media Strategy & Planning.
