Objectives and tasks of the position: Ensuring knowledge transfer between project team / SQM / suppliers Continuous improvement of our products and the procurement process Continuous expansion of our product and process know-how Achieving the highest customer and employee satisfaction Achievement of the set cost, deadline and quality targets Key responsibility Interface between Development / Purchasing / Quality Representative and SQM within tk Interface between TK-Dynamic Components and Suppliers Responsible for the supplier quality issues within the project team (serial projects) Monitoring the status of components during the project phase (serial projects) Support of project managers in all supplier topics from prototype to series phase Handling of all sample parts for counter measurement for production plant PPOC (independent of project) Support SQM at supplier base in the region: execution of process release audits at suppliers and validations of series complaints Requirement profile/professional competence: Degree in Engineering In-depth knowledge / professional experience in the automotive industry, especially supplier management Extensive knowledge of root cause analysis (8D, 5 PQ, Ishikawa 5W2H, etc.) Experience in the application of QM tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, VDA, etc.) Extensive knowledge of GD&T English spoken and written; other foreign languages advantageous.
