Primary liaison between key accounts, distributors, supply chain integration, warehouse and freight providers, IT, BF Sales and Marketing, Finance, Legal, Tax and Credit to analyze and develop a contingency plan for any order or shipping issues.What You Can ExpectResponsible for accurate, complete, and timely management of domestic shipments by managing the entire process from picking to the last mile. Support BF Supply Chain Initiatives and department metrics (Perfect Order, Full Load, Lead time, etc.) and offer improvements on orders where gaps exist.Streamline communication with the sales team and always keep them updated about eventual delivery issues.Key liaison with internal and external partners, field sales staff, logistics, route to consumer group, warehousing and freight personnel to manage and assess cost-reducing delays and impacts to the business. Develop communication on critical information related to product and shipments with a focus on meeting partner needs timely and accurately; ultimately supporting the supply chain business strategy.Responsible for managing customer profiles including regulatory requirements, master data, carrier routings, product specifications, special instructions (to execute the order), customer guides, etc.Manages customer's platforms looking to maintain all data related to the process (bookings, claims, returns, etc).Manages and coordinates all special documents of shipments to avoid delay/rejection of goods on customer side and to be compliant with Brazil regulations.Manages the research and resolution of order discrepancies with the warehouse and/or freight personnel. This includes root cause analysis of discrepancies received, working closely with internal and external partners to troubleshoot the issue, and developing and implementing a corrective action plan.Analyze SAP and a variety of other reports to solve problems related to current status of open orders, addressing delays timely, urgent or special requests that are needed to support the process.Analyze order patterns of assigned markets for process improvements (order smoothing, maximum load shipments, full layers/pallets, review distributor inventory-for rush order requests, etc.).Coordinate returns to minimize costs and eventual issues.Execute processes to meet performance expectations and the demands of the business.Manages special assignments as required, such as ad hoc reporting.What You Bring to the TableBachelor's Degree in Logistics, Administration, or related experience;Related experience;Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel;Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to apply logical reasoning;Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey supply chain procedures and processes;Problem solving skills with emphasis on the ability to identify and solve problems;Ability to independently manage, plan, and organize workload within deadlines in a team-oriented, high-volume environment;Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external partners.What Makes You UniqueExperience in Beverage Alcohol IndustryTechnical aptitude utilizing operational support software including but not limited to SAP ERP, data analysis.Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive approach to embracing changeEnglish skillsWhat We OfferTotal Rewards at Brown-Forman is designed to engage our people to ensure sustainable and profitable growth for generations to come.
