You will be part of the Order Management Team, reporting directly to the NAM Supply Chain Leader. It is an internship opportunity starting asap, for > 12 months with possibility to extend.Your roles & Responsibilities:Being integral part of the Order Management team. Process sales orders in SAP and being contact point for several NAMs accounts regarding fulfilment status of their orders (e.G., Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Costco).Champion our Orderbook. Analyze account performance and improve Order Management metrics (e.G. OTIF, VLT, Chargebacks) using Lean methodologies.Support realizing our "Supply Chain Automation Roadmap" by leading projects related to "touchless" Order Management.Maintain large data sets in cooperation with cross-functional teams from finance, marketing, and sales. Continuously improve Supply Chain performance management structure through data analysis and visualization.Grow and develop towards the next step in your (Supply Chain) career, with support from our full team.You will be part of:Versuni' Supply Chain organization for North America (NAM), responsible for exceeding order fulfillment expectations, enabling the delivery to our customers and consumers, as well as driving operational excellence.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:ENGLISH IN ADVANCED LEVEL – WRITTEN AND VERBAL (OR FLUENT) will be tested.Studying towards a Bachelor or Master Degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.Course completion forecast for the second half of 2026.Native Portuguese.Digitally savvy.Desire to learn and delve into the area of Supply Chain.MS Excel or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) skills.Business analytical and problem-solving skills, preferably experience with Lean.Desirable experience working in a multinational company in previous internships.Desirable experience working with SAP ERP systems in previous internships.Good written and verbal communication skills.Be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work within a rapidly changing environment, having remote management
