Supply Chain Inventory Management Sr Manager, Supply Chain

We are looking for a motivated and experienced, customer focused and results-oriented Inventory Health Sr Manager to join Supply Chain team in Brazil.
This role is based in São Paulo Office.
As an Inventory Health Sr Manager, you will work at the interface between Operations, Business, Supply Chain Tech teams and Amazon's suppliers to lead complex and cross functional supply chain projects to reduce cost to serve; and drive short- and long-term initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency.
You will be responsible for designing and building complex new processes, driving solutions, driving large cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives; partnering with multiple teams to maximize product availability, and reduce defects across BR network.
Successful candidates will be those able to prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of delivering results.
They should also have a strong customer obsession with the ability to dive deep, have superb data/analytical skills, a self-starter spirit, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
This role will require close collaboration internally with operations, business, technology, and finance teams and externally with vendors.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve customer availability, increase inventory efficiency, eliminate supply chain defects or drive adoption of automated tools/processes;
• Analyze data to understand key drivers for supply-chain cost and identify recommendations and actions based on these findings;
• Responsible for working with finance, business, operations and other Amazon teams to identify pain points and create processes to achieve high impact business results;
• Define and implement scalable processes to increase turns at the Fulfillment Center level (and sortability) considering each site strategy, automating to reduce manual touchpoints and increase process efficiency;
• Track metrics and implement actions to reduce unhealthy and overstock in a continuous way;
• Define and implement operational strategy for Inventory Health, establishing processes, tools, metrics, and responsibilities for each step of the process.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree;
- Supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience;
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements;
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment;
- Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level, including: compile queries, subqueries, aggregation/grouping, data modification, etc.

- Team oriented with strong written and oral communication skills, and able to effectively manage multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and meet demanding timelines;
- Advanced English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Retail Operations;
- Python knowledge.
