About the role Our Supply Chain team, composed of 5 direct and 8 indirect employees, is integrated into the Supply Chain Global department and focuses on connecting different stakeholders and ensuring operations run smoothly from start to finish in collaboration with the Industrial and Sales team.As a Supply Chain Leader, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and optimizing our end-to-end Supply Chain operations, improving operational efficiency and contributing to broader business objectives.You will be accountable for:Leading and executing supply chain processes such as demand management, judicious planning, capacity planning, logistics and distributionEfficiently manage the daily supply chain operations while also developing strategic plans for supply chain optimization, focusing on cost reduction, flexibility, sustainable practices, and on-time deliveryMonitor supply chain performance data and processes to boost efficiency and ensure supply chain continuity, profitability, contractual agreements and compliance with regulatory standardsFacilitate collaborations with suppliers, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure timely and cost-effective supply chain operationsLead and mentor supply chain staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional developmentWe offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid working mode.About you Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related fieldDemonstrated success in leading Supply Chain improvements and experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, KaizenExperience in Supply Chain OperationsLeadership for managing and motivating the supply chain team, fostering a collaborative and productive environmentFluency in English is mandatory. About the pay and benefits Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Brazil base pay reasonably expected for this role is R$ 123.000,00 to R$ 165.000,00 (with Periculosidade included), your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
