Supply Chain Management Specialist

We design, build and operate traffic management systems including connected vehicles technology and mobility demand management as well as tolling services for cities, roads, tunnels and bridges around the world. We develop data and video analytics platforms, building on state-of-the-art technologies including AI, machine learning, big data and cloud services to enable the digitalization of mobility. We are looking for a Supply Chain & Procurement to join our team!Your responsibilities:Manage all logistics operations inside the country/Subregion LAM.Analyze statistical data and reports to determine performance trends.Supervise inventories of material/goods and equipment inside the country/Subregion LAM.Anticipate performance difficulties in support of operations.Coordinate the transport of equipment's and materials.Manage all material planning efforts along with direct oversight of all international and local sourcing.Preparation of the Supply plan considering inputs from other areas, such as Demand plan, production capacity, availability of components, among others.Coordinate all Supply Chain services within the country / Subregion LAM, such as material planning, scheduling, and strict inventory control for immediate availability.Review purchasing decisions, orders, and contracts with suppliers to ensure that requests are met in a timely manner. Resolve all order discrepancies immediately to ensure quality and maintain the company's reputation.Write and present performance evaluations, including disciplinary actions as well as promoting performance improvements.Develop and implement effective inventory controls.Owner and responsible for all local and SCM-related processes and procedures.Responsible for internal and external audits, and related compliance (legal, environmental, etc.) in the respective country, as well as audits of suppliers, when appropriate.Your profile:Supply Chain, Logistics or related studies.Proven experience in the Supply Chain area.Proven experience in IT Industry or similar.Advanced level of English language.?Our offer to you:An interesting full-time position within a global renowned family-owned company.Excellent working climate.An international working environment.Outstanding benefits.
