What are you going to do?
We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of our supply chain. This role will be essential to ensuring the efficient acquisition of materials, optimizing storage, and distributing our products, while aligning logistics processes with the company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Supplier Management: Select, negotiate, and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of materials.
Logistics Oversight: Manage the transportation and distribution of products, implementing measures to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels through accurate demand planning, preventing shortages and surpluses.
Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to improve and automate key logistics processes using data analysis and advanced technological tools.
Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with production, sales, quality, and finance teams to ensure that the supply chain aligns with the company's objectives.
Risk Management: Identify risks in the supply chain, implement contingency plans, and ensure operational continuity.
Who Are You?
Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
A minimum of 5 years in similar supply chain management roles, preferably in the food industry.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), TMS, and WMS, with experience in data interpretation for decision-making.
Ability to lead teams and manage complex projects, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and experience in logistics process automation is highly valued.
