Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.**Overview**:**Specific responsibilities of the role**:You are in charge of defining, planning and executing the full set of Supply Chain processes for your site, including, materials planning & logistic operationsStrategy:Adapt and Deploy Supply Chain strategy & footprint vs Regional Supply Chain & Local strategyStandards (Process, Methods & Tools):Deploy standards (process, methods & tools) & associated documentationManage deployment roadmap through the Regions / ClusterTransversal Process & Tools:Identify site needs & define local requirements for Transversal Processes & Tools, contribute to Transversal Process /Tool Definition, improvement & validationHuman Resources:Deploy targeted organizationDeploy people development roadmap including skills levels, training & qualification pathDeploy robust supply chain culture at all levelsOperational:Manage Material Planning and Logistics for a specific Product Line, in order to ensure proper material planning management as project needed, following Hard Inventory objectives and Logistics to respect best material flow follow APSYS and WCM concept also Inventory Accucary.Finance:Prepare & follow budget for his perimeter including function costDefine & deploy opportunities leveraging synergies & improvement initiativesUnderstanding of Hard Inventory governance, ensuring proper levels protecting company Cash and avoid production disruptionPerformance & DesignReach & Animate performance KPIs, KPIs targetsEnsure compliant on process review, auditsProvide support to Sites vs Sites on supply chain stabilization or mobilization of emerging sites, new businessesSupport the Projects to achieve QCD commitments and represent the supply chain in Site Management / project committee.Ensure operations are executed in an environment that complies with Alstom Health, Safety and Environmental policies**Qualifications & Experience**- **Competencies **- Ability to deal quickly and effectively with a variety of topics- Ability to summarize and focus on the critical issues- Effective communication- Result driven- Remote and multicultural management- Experience to deal with Senior Leadership, preparing presentations and present it.- Ability and flexibility to deal with different issues and priorities during the day.- **Previous experience**- Minimum 10 years Experience in Supply Chain or Procurement- Experience of work in a supplier/customer relationship or Project or Industrial- Minimum 5 years Experience as a Supply Chain or Procurement Leader- **Language skills - **Fluency English- **Travel required - **NoYou don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
