Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other technical field
- Experience in supply chain, inventory planning, operations, consulting and/or finance, with a history of owning/driving results - Highly analytical, capable of turning raw data into information and insights.
- Qualitative/quantitative data analysis related to Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation
- Logistics or Inventory Management
- Proven track record of managing and executing large projects from start to finish, including project management, data gathering and modeling, problem solving, and communicating recommendations.
- Demonstrated customer focus and experience releasing products and programs to market.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to effectively communicate complex business concepts in both verbal and written form.
- Proficient in Excel and SQL

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement Supply Chain Strategies
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies.
- Work with product managers and development teams to develop business requirements for all supply chain processes.
- Clearly communicate and explain end-to-end supply chains (inputs, outputs, rationale, gaps), guiding senior management and team to solutions.
- Develop supply chain metrics to track performance and accuracy.
- Perform complex data analysis to identify opportunities and set priorities.
Drive the monthly SCI planning processes
- Project timelines
- Conduct monthly business reviews
- Develop new programs business cases
- Work on understanding and developing projects to Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
- Develop new analytical models for demand/supply forecasting based on segmented supply chain solutions.

About the team
BR Supply Chain & Integration is responsible for working with Consumer and other key stakeholders to understand Retail and Marketplace strategies for Brazil, aligning required programs and creating synergies on available resources from local and central tech and non-tech teams.
Our organization has main pillars: (1) Supply Chain Execution, with focus on improvements in our network strategy and planning, inventory placement and replenishment, and S&OP, and (2) Ops Integration, responsible for build requirements to develop programs with Tech, and other important business stakeholders, with main focus on Supply Chain programs, Transportation programs and Network and Operational Excellence programs and solutions.
- The role holder should hold an MBA or have equivalent qualification or workplace experience.
- To hold a degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Mathematics, or in a related field.
- Experience of project management and execution in Supply Chain
- Excellent communication skills (Portuguese and English written and verbally).
- Six sigma techniques or PDCA.
- SQL experience and high level of Excel.
