**Your Tasks**:

- Multi project management of IIM projects and Supply Chain Transfer Projects
- Leading cross-functional Supply Chain Teams
- Member of IIM Project Core Teams
- Defining and steering necessary work packages to achieve the project target in cross-functional teams
- Securing change-, quality
- and risk management within the projects
- Interface between Supply Chain functions and the IIM process
- Central point of contact for cross-functional topics within Supply Chain
- First contact point for GBU regarding brand group specific Supply Chain topics

**Your Profile**:

- Technical or Economics University Degree
- Several years of relevant business experience in at least one Supply Chain
- Capability and experience in leading teams and in cross-functional (international) teams
- High level communication (esp.
cross-hierarchy and cross-functional communication) and motivational capability
- Sound Project Management Experience
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and diplomatic skills
- Fluent in English, second language advantagous
