POSITION SUMMARYÁrea / BU: Supply Chain / NespressoMain Purpose of JobDrive Supply Chain operations to ensure that finished goods are available to meet consumer demand and satisfaction. Ensure outstanding delivery of 3PL services at optimum cost by closely and effectively managing the relationship with them. Lead proper delivery services offer according to local customers' expectations and in line with Nespresso international standards and guidelines.A day in a life…Develop new distribution services in close collaboration with B2C and B2B and Marketing.Develop and implement the Supply and Demand plan by applying best practices, improving processes, analyzing sales history and forecast data.Liaise with B2C and B2B and Marketing to ensure that all necessary launch or phase-out information has been correctly considered in the supply and demand plan.Manage orders/volumes outcome of Monthly Business Planning (MBP).Effectively manage Third Party Providers and Service Level Agreements by monitoring interactions and comparing actual performance with pre-defined expectations, identifying potential problems, and determining appropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure quality.What will contribute to your success?3-5 years Experience in Supply Chain.5-8 years Experience in DSP, Warehousing and Last-mile logistics with a high-quality consumer.Fluency in English.Experienced and Certified in LEAN Six Sigma methodology.Experience in 3rd Party Management.Experience in managing complex projects.Creates a climate of trust in which people want to do their best.Understands and motivates diverse individuals and groups.Invites input from others and creates shared ownership and visibility.
