We are seeking a Supply Planning Analyst for our Saul Paulo, Brazil office. This person is responsible for: Global product code management; creation, pricing, activation, termination of all products and troubleshooting interfaces with systems, globally. Demand and Inventory Planning and coordination with Sales and Marketing of marketing materials and business supplies globally. Product assortment analysis and maintenance, requiring close collaboration with all Sales and Marketing leadership, Product Development, Planning. Assisting with global pricing management, new product planning and roll outs. RESPONSIBILITIES Product Code Management: Owns the creation and maintenance of product codes and activates/ terminates codes as needed, globally. Global Product Assortment Planning, analysis, and upkeep. Demand and Inventory Planning: Global marketing materials and business supplies. Purchase Order Management: Assists Marketing with PO processes for marketing materials and business supplies in countries needed; place order, vendor correspondence and follow up. Global Pricing Management: own marketing and business supply pricing, assist in all other pricing activities (new products, annual vendor negotiations). Accepts other responsibilities and duties that may be assigned. Understands and adheres to legal/compliance standards included in corporate policies and accepts ownership for accomplishing existing tasks that fulfill legal/compliance requirements. Reports compliance violations when identified. REQUIREMENTS 3 to 5 years of relevant experience Associate degree or equivalent 2-year college or technical school Prior experience in an administrative and/or analytic role Excellent analytical, organization, planning and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment. Comfortable working in fast-paced environment with a certain level of ambiguity Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment in daily decision-making activities. Excellent computer and office software skills; proficient in Microsoft office suite
