Job Overview As the Director of Supply Planning at Coty, you will play a crucial role in strategically managing the supply planning to ensure product availability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Develop and implement supply planning strategies to ensure timely and efficient product delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including demand planning, production, procurement, and logistics to align supply plans with business demands. Analyze market data, consumer trends, and supply chain performance to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate risks. Manage relationships with strategic suppliers, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure product quality. Implement continuous improvement processes in the supply chain to reduce costs, optimize inventory, and increase operational efficiency. Lead and develop supply planning teams, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance and professional excellence. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field; MBA or post-graduate degree is preferred.

Experience: Solid experience in supply chain management in consumer goods industries, focusing on supply planning, demand planning, and inventory management.

Skills: Advanced skills in data analysis, planning tools, and ERP systems.

Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Environment: Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Languages: Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish required.
